HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

  1. A Macrobatix technician will come to your home or office to create a complete backup of your current system. This may take some time, so the technician may start the backup process and return at a later time to finish the installation.
  2. Macrobatix will perform an Archive and Install. A clean copy of Leopard will be installed, which will preserve application preferences, users, and network settings.
  3. Macrobatix will insure that your email, browser, printers, and applications are functional.
  4. Macrobatix will preserve your hard drive backup for 2 weeks after the install in the event that you need to roll back to your old system. Two weeks will give you enough time to find any problems with Leopard running on your system before we erase your backup.

The upgrade package, including the Leopard software, costs $469. If you choose to purchase only the upgrade package without the Leopard software, the cost is $339.
