This service bundle includes 20 hours of onsite service for Macintosh computers at your location. (within the Metro Atlanta area) A technician will respond to requests entered into our online service ticketing system. After receipt of the request, a Certified Apple Desktop Technician will contact you to determine whether the problem can be solved using remote access, or if an onsite service call will be necessary.*This service bundle does not expire, and is valid during normal business hours only, excluding holidays. Only available to customers inside the Metro Atlanta area. 1/2 hour minimum per onsite visit. For each visit, a travel fee of of 1/4 hour will be deducted from your block of time. Travel fee waived for visits 2+ hours.
