This service bundle includes 160 hours of onsite service for Macintosh computers at your location. (within the Metro Atlanta area) A technician will respond to requests entered into our online service ticketing system. After receipt of the request, a Certified Apple Desktop Technician will contact you to determine whether the problem can be solved using remote access, or if an onsite service call will be necessary.This service bundle does not expire, and is valid during normal business hours only, excluding holidays. Only available to customers inside the Metro Atlanta area. 1/2 hour minimum per onsite visit. For each visit, a travel fee of of 1/4 hour will be deducted from your block of time. Travel fee waived for visits 2+ hours.
